The high oil content makes it moisture-resistant, grip-friendly, and smooth. Our olive wood products are exclusively oiled and not treated further. Please do not place them in the dishwasher or treat them with hard scrubbing pads! Instead, rinse and dry them after use. To preserve the beauty of the wood, occasionally rub with simple olive or sunflower oil and let it dry.
