Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We currently ship across Canada only. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of placing your order. We will ship orders over $200 for a $12.99 flat rate fee. Other shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. 

All Canadian shipping is expedited and done via Canada Post, Purolator or UPS, depending on availability of the courier. Please allow 1-10 business days for your order to arrive once it has been shipped. Timing of delivery is solely dependent on the courier.

We understand things do happen, and packages may be damaged or missing. Please send us an email at venus@dinnissendesign.com for any discrepancies. Lost/damaged packages must be reported within 7 days of delivery date. 

If a package is undeliverable, and returned to us due to an incorrect address or any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return charges. Please ensure your shipping address is correct on your order. If you need to make a correction before your order ships, please email us at venus@dinnissendesign.com along with your order number.

LOCAL PICK UP

We offer local pick up from The Shoppe which is located at 13 - 1502 Columbia Avenue, Castlegar. Please choose local pick up upon checkout if you'd prefer this option over shipping. Please allow 2-5 days processing time. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation email with you upon pick up.

Please note: some items online are only available for local pick up, including any live plants and all small furniture

RETURNS

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase (with original tags & packaging, unused) for store credit or exchange only. Seasonal and sale merchandise, textiles/linens, dinnerware, and glassware are all final sale - no returns. Shipping charges can not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs on items sent back to us.
